you were fortunately we didn't break the freezing mark through metro west and that is loud for we had the slush and snow and already froze late yesterday, last night and continues to be frozen solid out there right now. the hope was to get a little bit of a south to southeasterly wind trying to warm us up and mix down some of the warmer air just about 1,000 feet up above the surface. no luck on that as these winds have been dead calm, only a couple miles per hour out of the north and west. and that's why we've held close to the freezing mark, if not just below it. visibility in boston, two miles, a quarter mile or less out in ars of worcester. the radar is quiet. however, that really low-level moisture in place can force out a little bit of patchy freezing mist and not be picked up on the radar, and we have had some reports of that. in terms of more showers and the steadier rain, i think we'll see some of these showers expand from pennsylvania into southern new england later on this evening. most notably after 9:00, 10:00 this evening, and once that occurs, we may have some more issue
