these payments for this state senator switching from michelle bachmann to ron paul. they went on so long that in june 2012, which is well after ron paul was effectively out of the race that year. in june 2012, the ron paul campaign and its staffers were still apparently paying the state senator. according to the indictment, this is the last payment for kent sorensen. the deal jesse there agreed to with kent. now it is the next presidential campaign and now it is the son of ron who jesse benton has been working for. not ron paul himself. this is sort of a bombshell indictment. jesse benton has been questioned about this. he is being charged with five counts which include making false counts and conspiracy. the president of the eagle eating fish rand paul super pac, this guy john tait, is facing four counts. another one is trying to cover up the whole scheme. jesse benton shared the stage with rand paul four months ago. as he ron all that/rand paul lifer and he is now staring down the barrel of a five-count federal indictment. they are schedule to appear in court. jess

to throw his support from michele bachmann to rand paul. that endorsement from that senator, that was allegedly the result of a bribe. the senator came out and said so, he said the paul campaign paid him for his endorsement. they were making secret payments to him over the course of months in 2012. that state senator eventually pled guilty in court for his involvement in that scandal. those involved in that platt included ron paul's campaign manager at the time, jesse benton, as well as this gentleman, who you see on the left here, the guy in the bow tie. his name is dmitri kesari. you see hem alongside that senator they were allegedly bribing at the time. these two guys here, jesse benton and kesari were part of the associates indicted for their alleged role in that bribery scheme. they both deny any wrongdoing. jesse benton received a summons. he appeared and pled not guilty. but dimitri kesari had his home visited by the fbi. and this tape i'm about to show you is tape that was obtained by msnbc's anthony turrell. and it shows the raid o
