mr. santorum: as i said, the enforcement of e-verify. if you stop immigration from the border, if you require people to adhere on overstays to leave. you contact them and move with the process of removal, you know who they are and they made a promise when they came here that they believe at a certain time and we would go through the process of contacting them and moving forward with their removal. the same thing would happen with other people who are in this country. we would move forward with removals as we find people who in most cases -- we would find them through people who have broken the law and have been known to law enforcement and therefore communicate with our ice agents to begin the process of removal. it would be a rather easy systematic way of going through that process. simply enforcing the law. >> this questioner notes you're a politician who has made family the centerpiece not only of your politics but your life. how would you handle children who are citizens by birthright, but whose parents are here illegally? another qu
