according to the napa valley register, the owners of napa self storage say it'll cost about $200,000emove what's inside. each tenant is being asked to pay the equivalent of a year's rent, as much as $2,200. and the owners say if not enough tenants decide to contribute, at least 70% of them, then this building here on walnut street will be demolished with all of the contents still inside. as you can imagine, a number of people who rent units here are frustrated and angry over this plan. many call it extortion. one tenant told the napa valley register "it's not our responsibility to make her building safe. we should not have to buy our own things out of there." now, on top of that, there's also no guarantee that people's possessions would even be salvageable once they are pull from the building. city leaders are now stepping in to try and resolve this dispute. they do have the final say on demolition and next week city representatives will sit down with the owners of napa valley storage and also the tenants here, dave, to try and work out a plan that will get people their stuff back. >

you can see them already, 40 santa rosa. 43 in napa. and fog from fairfield and concord at 44. so we're still looking at the fog but it's gotten better in concord. went from a quarter mile visibility to just a mile now but you can still see how dense it is around fairfield. two and a half-mile visibility petaluma and no problems to the south bay. we're looking at those winds, though, up to 34 miles an hour. if you are biking up mt. tamm or diablo maybe that is good distance. it will remain breezy above and that will allow for some warmer weather heading to the coast which will be the warmest place today. the pollutants trapped near the surface and you'll notice the poor air quality, maybe even feel it in the north bay and santa clara valley where the air will be unhealthy. once the ridge moves to the east another weather system heads our way and that should bring better air quality monday into tuesday, in fact, maybe even a sprinkle we can hope. poor air quality today, record highs are likely tomorrow. maybe a few today and then cooler

napa county sheriff hope to identify the two men last seen with 57-year-old maria bejar the night of november 15. investigators retraced her steps and found she visited three restaurant bars the night before she was found on highway 29 in napa county. >> the video shows the victim with two hispanic males. we have them identify as persons of interest number one and number two. number twonone has a slight goatee and he seems to be the primary person most closely associated with mrs. bejar that night. >> reporter: bejar was toundfound the next morning barely alive on a mountainous road. >> she had major trauma that we were able later to determine appeared to be caused from being struck or run over by a vehicle. >> reporter: police believe bejar met the two men at her second stop that night. laterer she can be seen holding the hand of the taller man as they leave. >> she was a woman who had a heart of gold. >> reporter: the father of bejar's ex-husband stayed close with the woman known as cruz and employed bejar thisin his group home. bejar had moved here from spain. >> her loss has been
