so napa pleasant hill, belmont and saratoga. the arrows are all down today. 77, 78, 76 and 79 on the forecast. highs 40s and 50s. san carlos now at 49, menlo park, 45 walnut creek, concord, in the upper 40s. so we have a few. lafayette has joined the party as well. even alamo at 47, along with dublin 47. panola at 49. so there are a few that have dipped into the 40s here. truckee 3251. arcada to 58 in san diego and 61 down in las vegas. now one. the low that we had that gave us the offshore breeze is now into colorado, giving them an advance of that out in the plains. some active weather. but for us in our concerns, it's that low that's moved into the north and that front that has bumped the high out of the way, that has turned the wind more in our favor. humidity is up so cooler today. nothing showing up yet, at least rainfall wise. i mean, there's some hints november could start to get wet, but i don't see anything until maybe around the end of the month or early november. that does look promising, but cooler monday fog is ret

this in lake county, north of napa county, a vegetation fire has quickly grown. the glen haven fire ignited just before noon yesterday. it's burned 400 acres so far. evacuations are underway around clear lake. two homes have been destroyed by the glen haven fire, and more than 2000 structures, including homes and businesses, are in harm's way. we have new video of the flames. the fire reportedly started on a hillside near the lake. in just four hours. it grew to more than 300 acres thanks to those hot, dry and windy conditions. fortunately, crews were able to stop forward progress of the flames just before ten last night. overnigh, 180 firefighters have been battling the blaze and on the ground and in the air, cal fire says the fight will continue nonstop this weekend. until that fire is under control. late in the year in october, which typically we experience some high wind conditions and all the fuels are extra dry. given the fact that we're under a red flag warnings, it means that we have the perfect recipe for a fire to be able to spread rapidly. cal fire now
