neil: okay.ld you i would hit you with a lot but you're handling all of this very well so congratulations. we're hearing president's former personal lawyer, michael kohan is disavowing responsibility for crimes he pleaded guilty to. this is coming from "the wall street journal" that he evaded taxes and a criminal charge related to his home equity line of credit was a lie. now the back and forth i'm just wondering about the timing of that and what we could make of this, if he is dialing back or even reversing some of the things or the crimes which he earlier agreed? >> look, this kind of behavior from him is not surprising. remember, if you go back to the report filed with by the prosecutors with, with the judge, when he was pleading guilty they were coming up with sentencing recommendations, look one of the things the prosecutor said was that cohen had this constant practice and habit of constantly trying to shift blame and to downplay what he had actually done. i mean this is just more of that s

neil? >> neil: thanks, blake. get a read on this just as the russian president vladimir putin is meeting with kim jong-un, the north korean leader in russia today. the former u.s.s. cole commander, kirk lippold. first of all on this $2 million bill that the north koreans sent to cover the medical treatment of this young man, aside from how outrageous and is and the sum that is and the administration would say the sum was never paid, says a lot about the regime, does it not? >> yes. shows what a torturous regime they are and the length they go to. they have no moral compass to present a bill like that after what they did to that young man is inexcusable. >> neil: if we agreed ahead of time to do this and to look at this bill and the white house says we never paid it, is that the same to you as paying for a hostage? >> i don't believe so. in reality, we want to know what the circumstances were, why he was hospitalized. we don't know what went on in the back negotiations to get him returned. there may have been legit
