the same is true in nevada. we have so many former californians in these days that they bring their politics with them. the dynamics are different in nevada. i think nevada is tougher for the democrats moving forward than arizona because the population in nevada is very blue-collar. very working-class, the percentage of the compilation with college degrees is quite low. those with the states that are trending red and i can see nevada being a tough one for the democrats. maybe not the cycle but in another cycle after that. i see arizona going in the opposite direction. a percentage that is college educated and living in cities and suburbs is going up. that libertarian bent that used to favor republicans is now starting to favor democrats because of the shifting dynamics of what it means to be a democrat and republican. as for georgia, the same thing is true. just a quickly wrap this up. i would say that again over the course of the next few years. maybe not just the cycle. wisconsin will get tougher for democrats

we're hearing about possible impacts in nevada as far east as phenix, arizona. so this is a major storm, not something we're accustomed here. usually when you see this scale, the dimension of a storm, you start off with an area low pressure. it's upgraded to a tropical depression, then a tropical storm, then a hurricane. then you have a major hurricane when winds are over 110mph. and that's what we are dealing with. and we haven't seen anything like this in our lifetime here in the bay area or in southern california. and keep in mind, a watch means heads up. a warning means it is happening right now and taking. and that is going to be the next step for everybody in southern california as we see hurricane hillary not make landfall, but scrape across cabo san lucas. also, all the baja, california. it'll lose a little bit of its punch. so then it becomes a tropical storm. it's downgraded. but don't get me wrong, it'll still have a big punch. we're talking about rain amounts anywhere between three and six inches. and a lot of these areas are below sea level. keep th
