>> and our top story at noon today. a d.c. teenager accused of killing a tourist before a judge. 19-year-old michael davis facing murder charges and is suspected in two other attacks in a northwest neighborhood. here's the latest. >> good afternoon, steve. there's been a delay in this case look out the morning and so we are waiting for michael davis to face a judge and we expect could happen in a matter of minutes. this is going to be a preliminary hearing here in court. davis is charged with killing 66-year-old gary a tourist visiting from colorado in an incident that happened back in april. davis is also facing assault charges in two other attacks for allegedly striking two people with a hammer in a neighborhood of d.c. during this hearing, we expect there will be the result of a mental health evaluation that was ordered. we expect that report will be released in court this afternoon. and as part of that, there will be several options that the court will be presented with depending on the outcome of this report as to whether
