by 11:00 p.m., things finally are beginning to quiet down in the north bay. elsewhere, we're still dealing with heavy rain from the east bay, the peninsula to the south bay. early tomorrow morning, 2:00 a.m., here is the back edge of that atmospheric river. but even early tomorrow morning, 5:00 a.m. a.m., some scattered showers, but the heaviest of the rainfall it will be over. here is what we're thinking about additional in terms of on top of what we have already seen later on this evening. in the north bay, 1.5 inches of additional rainfall coming our -- our way. /floodwaters in the north bay and in the santa cruz mountains for the threat of debris flows. we have numerous flood advisories across the region because the creek flooding and street flooding. the wind advisory getting trimmed back from the north bay but still ever out we see and winds gusting over 30 miles an hour. early tomorrow morning the winds are going to back off and tomorrow is just a breezy day. it is not windy. high surf warning begins at 11 p.m. tonight, 20 to 30 foot breakers through tu

by 4:00 this has shifted out of north bay, but we are still looking at heavy rain in the north bay. 00 we have some downpours from livermore to san jose, and right on through 11:00 , hasn't let up yet in the livermore valley or around half moon bay. that is why we are looking at the santa cruz mountains to pick up perhaps six inches of rain. if you are downslope from those burn scar areas, you have a moderate to high risk of some of that debris flow and mudslides. you can see half moon bay, over four inches. 5.4 estimates in santa rosa. over four inches in livermore. and we have not even got going yet for the heavy rain there. as we look at the wind, it is going to be a gusty day throughout the midday hour. this is 1:00. we have winds over 40 miles an hour. that is when you have the saturated soil and the possibility of some tree limbs coming down, and the flooding on the roadways. we are already looking at that flooding in sonoma county. later tonight that area of low pressure generating high surf warnings, not only through monday but into tuesday, with breakers up to 30 feet. so, e

not as windy for the north bay. are up to 70 degrees after staying in the 50s in ukiah yesterday. we are watching the reservoir levels rise. let me show you the numbers and what it looked like before all of the rain we had for east bay mud. it was at 67% capacity, but we were doing bad in the south bay. only 18% of the capacity, and guadalupe at 18%. we have seen a rise in the reservoir levels, and the most in the north bay with all of the rain, and it was 17% and now at half capacity. in the north bay, it's better than what we were seeing. it does look like we will take a break from the rain for the next several days, and then next week we will see another chance of a pretty good amount of rain moving in starting on monday. as we go into the out look for the next two weeks, some of the highest chances of getting more measurable rain will be across northern california. that's looking pretty good. we will be watching that on monday. we have a chance to let all of the water soak in, and, boy, was it a lot. we will see
