now oakland today still reaching 85 and 90 in san jose. for the north bay we're reaching up to 92 in napa and 100 in ukiah. we're still in this very dry weather pattern as this high pressure remains across the region. you can see the fog starting to move from the south to north into the bay area. and so this high pressure will keep the smoke close to the surface over the next few days but also giving us hot weather until it gradually fades heading into the weekend and that's when our temperatures start to come back into the 80s. we know the fires have been so intense. you've been able to see this from space and so a lot of those nasa satellites picking up on all of the complexes of fires that we have burning across the state and that smoke that's been burning, blowing across the bay area. look at our air quality, still really bad for parts of the north bay, unhealthy for the rest of the bay area and even going into the week. it's still going to be very unhealthy and taking a look at our temperatures for the inland areas we're in the upper 90s today. unf
