marie stewart send us this video from north wildwood. many neighborhoods down the shore received several inches of rain in hours. it overwhelmed drains keeping the streets under water. high water also spilled over front steps into homes. hillary sent us this video. as you can see, the water got into her kitchen. her house is now drying out. this is what the flooding looked like at the height of the storm on margate early yesterday morning. the heavy rain swamped the streets. yesterday's deluge was not confined to the streets of margate. as the rain dumped buckets of water near these newly constructed sand dunes. the water was knee high in some spots. to get to the beach in the afternoon, you either had to wade through it, raising health concerns, or take a long detour around it. margate was an unpopular project that has been fought in court. >> i would describe it as a mess created by people who were not very thoughtful about what they were doing. we had a beautiful beach here, and it's been ruined. not only in terms of the views but the
