the action cam spotted several plow trucks along i-95 northbound in delaware county. were more than 400 trucks out salting and plowing. the wet snow combined with high winds could pose another challenge for penndot crews and for others but they say they are prepared and they have enough salt. >>> and airlines have already started canceling flights ahead of the storm. at last check nearly 2,000 flights have been canceled nationwide. some airlines are also offering fee waivers to or from certain cities on certain dates. and also be sure to check flight status with your airline before you come to the airport so you don't get out there in all of this for no good reason before you fly. >> this is what it looked like about an hour ago in ardmore, montgomery county. you see the roads are little slushy. and the snow is sticking to the trees and the sidewalks. in haddonfield, camden county, only a little bit of the snow was sticking when the action cam stopped by this morning. some parts of the region are seeing more rain than snow but that will likely change as this nor'easte

we saw one issue on the connector from northbound to 80 two northbound 87. downtown san jose. they had about 10 inches or so of standing water. that caused quite a bit of problems for drivers in the area. a crew is heading out there to deal with that situation. rain falling down. coming down very heavy at times. throughout the mornings. you will want to slow things down just a bit. and as we always like to reiterate, give yourself plenty of extra time between your car, plenty of extra space and time and distance between your car and the car that's in front of you. so just in case that person has to stop suddenly on these slick roads, you are able to stop in time without hitting them. that's the best advice. you got to slow down in these conditions. the other thing we night -- like to point out, and it's worth compete -- repeating, the sun is coming up at this point. but if you're driving, heading out to work, when you have the windshield wipers on, you have to have your headlights on. that's the law here in california. if the headlights are on, the wipers need to be on as well
