. >>> this morning investigators will return to the scene of use fire in philadelphia's west oak outside the homeen it was prett chaotic. take a look at the house, what's of it on the 6500 block of bouvier street. firefighters rushed in to save a little girl in a second floor bedroom. when firefighters arrived, the first and second floors were engulfed in flames. while some firefighters were attacking the flames from the outside, others ran inside to find the girl who was trapped inside. the 7-year-old was taken to the hospital. she's in critical but stable condition. her parents were also taken to the hospital with less serious injuries. >> we see the children all the time. i would see them in the morning -- going to school. it's sad. it really is sad. >> reporter: you heard a neighbor there. neighbors throughout this block and the neighborhood are pulling for this little girl. meantime, the cause of the fire is still under investigation. firefighters say they'll be back out today handing out spoke alarms to folks on the blocks. it's unclear if that would have made a difference in this
