tonight a man is in critical condition shot twice in the chest a man got out of taxi cab near palm and ogdentreets. police say he then shot man in his 20s just down that street. the belmont academy and it went on lock down for about an hour. among other things police are trying to figure out whether the gunman got back in that same cab after the shooting. >>> early morning hit-and-run in center city and local actor hit by a vehicle and left lying in the road. now police reveal more about his injuries, there's also searching for the person who drove off after the accident. fox 29's dave schratwieser is outside jefferson university hospital for us tonight. dave what do police know about the suspect? >> reporter: not much at this point, iain. there were no witnesses to this. it was at 1:00 o'clock in the morning. it was pouring rain. they don't have description of the driver or the car. tonight they're looking for surveillance video and the victim is here at the hospital in critical condition. investigators say it happened around 1:00 o'clock tuesday morning near 11th and market. that's when po
