i grew up in orinda. the orinda theater was vital to that community. they've kept it.ou see it off highway 24. just talk about theater, arts and this building and how important it is to the community . completely important. i actually started in salinas, california, with the fox theater there, built by the same people. and the importance is number one, you bring all the community in through all the school plays , uh, anything dealing with libraries or the city itself. and now that it's city run, it's great because we get all the support from the community. we'll be supporting live entertainers from the local area, entertainers from the bay area, hopefully some international artists. we're working on. and the thing is, working with the pittsburgh theater group and all the theater groups from brentwood and surrounding areas will be bringing all the communities together with theater shows, plays and live entertainment. and that's the basis of the downtown bringing it back to where it was and bringing people back to downtown. i know you've got some shows coming up. tell us

martinez, lafayette, orinda anybody else? yes.t's much cooler humidity is higher, but it's cooler. 70s on the desert, including phenix 60s through the interior. one low came through yesterday that helped cool us down and the activity in southern california moved into arizona. and i'll say it was lit up and it will still be active today. so any travel plans down there, but a little bit of relief from that. just the endless heat. they've had big thunderstorms last night into early this morning. the low goes through, the high builds in, but there is a little different twist here. after today, we'll start a cooldown and this one should last us into the weekend. the reason being there's a low about ready to move in. it'll come underneath the ridge, which is going to build up into the pacific northwest and look at the surge in the fog here thursday and again on friday, all the way out to the sacramento valley. that'd be a heck of a push there. and it's all because this low is going to settle in. you'll see. i'll show it to you coming in
