this morning, six people are recovering after they got hurt when an suv smashed through this parklet outside a san francisco bar. many people were gathered at the napper tandy in the mission district to watch the super bowl yesterday when that crash happened. police say it was the end of a chase that started near the stonestown galleria. officers responded to a call about a wanted vehicle and when they tried to stop the suv, the suspects took off and that is when the chase began. witnesses described this terrible crash. >> and then we heard these tires break loose like someone's out of control in their car. the structure on the street, people were sitting totally exploded. car kept coming. i thought i was about to die. >> police say two women tried to run after the crash. police caught up with them and arrested them. >> in the north bay last week. storms have brought up new concerns for first responders and residents near the russian river and gloria. the community is already preparing for potential flooding and landslides. >> that's right, amanda. the flooding of the river last week
