a little bit of frosty turn if you will because it was bouncing off of his gloves when i spoke to penndot yesterday they talk about this change over and of course katie has been talking about it all morning and she was briefing us how this was going to happen. rate of snow is just going to apparently be, so great and so heavy it will come down in such a clip that even though warm roads and 60-degree temperatures all a distant memory we anticipate once this does change over here it will start piling up, fast, last time i checked the thermometer in the car it was a 39 degrees i was than the going to say balmy but 39 degrees and now in the mid 30's. so we are getting a sense that precipitation is starting ever so slightly to change over but when i last saw you though, it was a little bit on the lighter side. the sky has opened up and raining very hard here, you can hear it off umbrella. in fact we pulled out umbrella so we are not soak to the bone here and then useless for the rest of the morning. so that is your live look here in blue bell, we are hunkered down here and waiting for this cha
