kron 4's philippe djegal is live in oakland tonight, with the latest. philippe? on to a developing story. >> philippe djegal it was a serious stuff fire shooting out of the building. pg&e just restored power to the building which fire fighters needed to fight the flames. a fire of fighter and jim was struck by a power line that fell down. take a look at the video that you see here. the flames are on top of the building and fire fighters say it was tough to get to the top of the building. there are four flights of steps to get to the top to fight the flames. the fire department says the power line on the engine also hindered their firefighting efforts but they were able to control the flames fairly quickly in the main home where the fire started. the fire jumped to the two buildings to the left and right of the home. the homes possibly had apartments and one of the buildings. it was contained to the exterior of one of those homes but made it to the inside of the other. again nobody has been injured at. this at we spoke with jason smith to was inside when the fire
