here is the cop hanging out on pierce. i was riding with my bicycle and the cop was that the stop sign. he did not have as blinker on to turn right. i was coming around the corner, i do what i always do. i assess the situation, not pedestrians, no other cars. instead of making a full and complete stop, it is rather tricky if you are on a bicycle. it is a momentum issue. you want to slow down. making a full and complete stop at every stop sign, it is not what people do when they ride bikes. it is an issue we need to look at. i slowed down to near stop and turn right. the cop came around and parked himself over here, he did not use his blinker but i am not going to fault him for that. the situation -- i was coming up here and i knew he wanted me to make a full and complete stop. he was parked there to see if i would. i got to the intersection, not pedestrians, no cars. i slowed down to almost a complete stop. there is an incline and and and climb here. it was safe to go and i turned. without police stopping and he gave me a
