near freezing in ohio, 35 and pittsburg right now. cover 40's and some 50's still being reported down through virginia. as long as we stay on the warmer side of the system, the only precipitation we are looking for is a few sprinkles of rain. the skies will start to clear as we get past midnight and into the early morning hours. snow showers in the mountains while we see partly cloudy skies by wednesday morning. early in the morning, temperatures in the outlying suburbs may dip into the upper 20's. most of the night it will stay well above freezing. there is not a strong area of high pressure moving in behind this system, so you see cloudy skies back to chicago and louisville. we are expecting sunny to partly cloudy skies tomorrow. at the end of the week, we deal with a couple more weather systems coming in. without the arctic are canadian air, the next couple of systems will be threatening us primarily with rain. sunny skies and mild temperatures tomorrow, then here comes that next batch of wet weather on wednesday. clears out on fri

you can see the pittsburg-bay point area of concord everything still in the green.ng to zoom into antioch where we'll see slower speeds. we have a longer line of red traffic sensors now so it is bottlenecking where it usually does right there by a street so watch out for that. just your usual brake lights across that stretch. 880 through oakland here's a live look as you pass the coliseum. not too bad. definitely busier than yesterday on the roads. quiet. weoverall traffic flow was nice all across the bay area. so westbound 580 we are starting to see some brake lights, as well. 17 minutes your drive time. 17 minutes from the altamont pass to the dublin interchange. speeds closer toward pleasanton closer towards the dublin interchange so far not too bad. so the south bay getting a south bay check, guadalupe parkway, 101, no major issues there coming out of downtown san jose on 280. there's that live look right there by the 880/17 interchange. so far nice and smooth all the way towards cupertino. san mateo bridge. we were following an earlier accident on eastbound 92

lots of sunshine into the east bay today, 63 in livermore, about 63 in pittsburg and 63 degrees in the napa valley. warmer temperatures with the offshore winds in the north bay, 67 degrees in santa rosa, 56 petaluma, 60 sausalito. next couple of days looks like a great weekend if you want to head outdoors and enjoy the sunshine, we have plenty of it, just a few passing clouds, otherwise temperatures very mild. clouds move in late on monday night bringing a chance of rain to the bay area, rain expected now on tuesday. then we dry out on wednesday and thursday. of course, we did get some snow, that's right, early on in the week so got a couple of inches at northstar so if you are headed up in that direction, partly cloudy skies over the weekend should stay dry. roads looking good getting up into squaw valley up to 38 inches now of snow there. and it looks like sugar bowl also looking good. a couple of new inches if you happen to get up and ski, look, very nice. and we have more on the bay next week. a lot more i think. i think it will be a good storm on tuesday. >> i have one word for yo
