that this three alarm fire has brought firefighters from gladwynn conshohocken, whitemarsh, and plymouth. all here today to battle this flame. the biggest problem of course was getting water to the fire because of the location of where the fire is. it is not necessarily near any hydrants. but they've put cord here, they've brought in -- have been able to bring the water to the fire and have been able to put it out. while this building itself is pretty much assured there is good news, it is very close to homes, but none of the homes have been damaged at all. and none of the fire fight verse been injured at all. so while this fire has pretty much destroyed this long time family-owned business, the damage is at a minimum. and they expect that this building will of course at some point have to be torn down once they're able to put out these flames, but they've been here for at least since 4:00 a.m., putting these flames out and so far so good. they seem to have been able to get the fire under control. once they've been able to get water here live in conshohocken cherri gregg "kyw news radio"

plymouth meeting the blue route approaching mid-county equally quiet.ere on the blue route. yesterday we had accidents on every major highway. no problems yet this morning over there but here on the turnpike near willow grove we've got construction that's blocking two lanes, blocking the left lane and the center lane. look for that westbound. also easton road remains closed between the turnpike and fitzwatertown road. they're doing utility repairs because of an accident from yesterday that's still causing problems. it happened before 5:00 p.m. still restricting traffic right now while they clear with that. peco and verizon are on the scene. they hope it will be clear by 7:00 a.m. so hopefully by the time the morning commute really gets going this will be back opened but in the meantime just use 263 which is york road to get around that. in burlington county here on the new jersey turnpike southbound between exits five and four we've got construction blocking the left lane and the center lane and that should wrap up at 6 o'clock, tam. >> thank you karen.
