looking back from the golden gate bridge to presidio, you are more aware of the park land and less of the roads. and the viaduct will parallel the existing one and to the south and can be built while the existing one remains in operation. and the two bridges there with open space between them and your views constantly change and not aware of the traffic in the opposite direction and notice the views more. and the lanes of course are a foot wider than they are today. and they will be shoulders and if your car is disabled, you can pull off to the edge. and the next area, the tunnel portal will have a view centered on the palace of fine arts and as you come out, you can see alkatrez island and bay. and the next area is about 1,000 feet long. and when you come into one, you can see through the other end. it's almost like driving through a building than through a tunnel. and noise from the roadway will be sheltered. and the traffic will be out of view. >> when you come out of the last sort tunnel and as you look forward, you see the golden dome of the palace of fine arts and what more perf

predominantly around jackson and presidio. we found the kids who were involved and worked with the school, and we were literally going through the kids back tax because they put them in their backpacks and take them up. little power screw drivers about that big, maybe 80 inches in length. they take it out, and the window comes out really easy with a power screw, and then they are pushing kids up against the window and doing all kinds of crazy things to get them to get involved. we were able to nip that, working with marina middle schools and working with mrt. it has been a real joy working with them. anything that involves someone getting really hurt, we are able to bring them in, along with the officers at the school. basically, we have been writing thet -- the t line. we have been noticing a lot of things going on there, working with the williams street police station. we have been able to bring closure to some of those issues. kids who get on usually free usually cause a lot of the problems, so we welcome the fare officers

i am proud of the work we have done on the presidio parkway. we're poised to open the first phase to traffic in early february, and our work on the public-private partnership has said legal challenges all the way back to the state supreme court. again, we are blazing new trails in project delivery. they will benefit not just the city but the entire state. we have made significant progress in presenting a unified front in the region on san francisco's infrastructure needs related to the proposed sustainable community strategy, scs, and raising their readiness for pungent housing policies that can provide governments to make the right decisions to enable us as the region to make the most of our investments in transportation and infrastructure and do our part in addressing climate change. aside from the passage of prop k, that when the first general it -- revenue-generating measures in 2003, weaver also successful in putting forward the first ballot measure to transportation authority, and that was proposition aa, which passed last year. thank you
