to that end in 2016, we bought 27 presidio terrace. the house was in serious disrespect and requires a complete interior renovation and exterior restoration. we hired a team of permitting consultants and a general contractor to help us complete the project, fully complying with all of the city's requirements. we are removing a number of old additions, reducing the size of the house on the lot while preserving the historical qualities of the house. it is a two year project. you can imagine we were shocked to discover through the news in boston that our community has this condition that threatens the safety and quiet environment that we are investing substantial time and resources into. there was no notice in any of our purchase disclosures in this situation. our realtior told us that the street and common areas were managed by the h.o.a., which she believed was true, but surely, there was some obligation on the part of the city, the seller, or someone to disclose this risk to us. more recently, we learned that the narrow path between ou

i'm the owner of presidio terrace. i'm just an skbreer with the south bay with a simple dream of owning a piece of san francisco. i'm not rich enough to live on that street, but i would like to think that by owning that, i'm a san francisco resident in spirit. the homeowners make it sound like i'm taking away the home. i did not and i will not. in the 2.5 years i've been owning the street, they have been still walking on the street, they've been still driving on the street. as one homeowner has told me, his son is still riding his bike. i did not impact their life in any way, and there's no way in the future i would do so. all i did for the past two years was being a good san francisco resident, a good owner and dutifully pay my property tax so it will not fall into the tax sale again, and what did they do? when they realized mistake, they blamed the tax collector's office. when i tried to contact them by being a good governor contact of the street, they sued me. do you call that behavior good san francisco? so -- and

marine corp and a lot of our disaster and non-disaster are part of the presidio. we did a functional exercise on our emergency operations center. we activated our eoc and commodity points of distributions in the communities. moving forward we are doing biannual doc communications drill. when we activate the doc, it is essential that we can community fully and completely with our doc's. so we do that twice a year. as we move forward, february 14, 2017, lisa mentioned we are updating our ccsf earthquake plan and we are having a workshop there. moving forward we are doing an exercise with the giants to look at control of the stadium. there is a conference that happens every april, last year it was april 4th-6. this led a panel discussion tabletop exercise at the fort mason center where we learned from new york and super storm sandy and we looked at the response and recovery which included very interesting sessions with our partners specifically around mutual aid around mass care and transportation. >> moving forward we did another communications drill. we did a shelt
