i appreciate that you had those figures available and acknowledged them director riskin. it's support important. i wanted to comment as well on the operations side of the mta budget. i do think it's important that we are building in affordability for riders, given there is a large percentage of riders who are very low income. it makes so much sense that we do so. we've heard from some members of the public today that mentioned affordability crisis. i do believe that we have a responsibility to do what we are as a city to minimize the affordability crisis as much as we can on our end and looking at how we can create fares that are going to be able to be accessible by youth and by seniors and people with disabilities is critical to that effort. i hope that is something that the mta board can really take into consideration when they are working to improve the budget. those are my comments. >> thank you supervisor avalos. can we call item no. 3. city clerk: preparation of a request for qualification to broadcast meetings of the boirpdz have board of supervisors not to exceed
