wholefoods wants to build its first store on route 1 in riverdale park. john gonzalez as new details on the grocery chain and development. this afternoon that is the big question whether wholefoods will move into prince george's county. county officials have tried to vote administrative building in upper marlboro, but they have not been successful. about 900 in university park section of riverdale are considered historic -- 900 homes. there's tremendous opposition on the plan to build a $226 million mixed use development that would include whole foods. the developer wants to change that. it hopes to break ground soon on the project. they say the feedback has been positive, but many residents of already hired attorneys say not in my neighborhood. it is a historic neighborhood. >> it will make the traffic coming through university park -- i call it it the [unintelligible] . >> it is a perfect location because we are in easy walking distance to the metro stations of college park and the new line. >> hundreds of residents showed up wednesday night for a publi
