[ chanting ] >> reporter: for high schoolers growing up in the me too area the kavanaugh controversy is a hot topic. we caught up with some teens from four different states. >> there seems to be a direct divide between the perception of these allegations between young girls and young boys. >> reporter: 17-year-old brennan leach, a senior from pennsylvania, says series actions of teens should matter later in their adult lives. >> what happens right now at high school parties or with friends or in social settings should not be any less severe or taken any less seriously than what happens at the adult level. >> reporter: some boys like 17-year-old harrison lawson, a society in georgia, agree. >> i think once you're 17 or at least in high school there's a certain level of self-cont
