john, the prosecutor insists there's nothing she could have charged moses with at the time of his november 2021 arrest. governor ron desantis' office says there is. what's the truth? >> well, she's probably right on this, which is he's arrested with a small amount of marijuana. in florida, the florida department of law enforcement, the state agency, won't even test an amount that small to verify it's marijuana. so basically the arrest is unprosecutable based on the system that's set up. his more serious offenses occurred when he was a juvenile, and these are things that happened in 2018, 2019, and earlier. so that is basically a separate system that is not controlled by the d.a. and not controlled by the courts. jake, i think what we're seeing here is that governor desantis' problem with prosecutor worrell is broader than this case. she is one of those many prosecutors across the country that -- whose campaign was funded by super pacs, paid by left leaning billionaire george soros who was brought in on the idea of criminal reform, which is fewer people going to jail and prison, and that this is an idealogical split
