, kavanaugh's roommates or drinking buddies saying, you know, he can't say he didn't drink to the pointnot remembering because we saw him. why are they doing that in an op-ed or in an opinion piece because the fbi didn't hear them out. and that is just strange to me. that relates to ramirez claim. but that is pure -- but that is something that should have been followed up on if you're going to do a thorough investigation. and why didn't they tuque the therapist on ford's claim. i would have talked to every person she had previously told back before all of this began. those are called prior consistent statements and they actually carry a lot of weight in the law and in evidence. this isn't a criminal trial, but if they carry weight in criminal law, they should certainly carry weight in establishing someone's credibility in a background investigation. the bottom line is there are so many ways to get more at was she telling the truth, which by the way a lot of people thought she was after they heard her, and that's gotten erased. and most importantly they really needed to do a probing ques
