and a nice day tomorrow for the autumn moon festival this weekend in san francisco's chinatown neighborhoodl have sunshine and 68 degrees. not bad. so what's next? high pressure is offshore. it's going to move inland. it will warm us up in the latter half of the week and what's now a hurricane what will then be a tropical storm and then just a tropical depression will begin to spread rain over the southern quarter of the state. mostly from eastern san diego county into imperial county and over into arizona. they will pick up 2 to 3" of rain so the cacti will get wet. that's probably not until monday afternoon and tuesday. for us, we have fog and low clouds. this is tomorrow morning at 7:00. so you can see fairly extensive low clouds extending from point reyes down through davenport off the san mateo county coastline. and as this rolls on, the day clears up maybe a few high clouds in the south bay because of the clouds from norbert. so "stratus quo" for sunday. warm inland, cool coast, things are going to warm up next week as high pressure begins to build in. forecast is a little bit cooler
