some of these have multiple sub projects like san francisco general hospital where we're doing 24 to 21 different sets of toilets and we have to space that project out into almost 15 building permits where we cannot do all the work at once. we have to be careful not to disrupt the operation of the hospital. we've done 15 medical clinics throughout the city. we are making improvements to three others at san francisco general hospital which were fully funded and we've got the permits from the state to do that work. we are currently doing work in four of the community art centers which i'll talk about those in a minute. we've done work in more than 10 other civic buildings including this building. and many of our projects we have to break apart in multiple years because we don't want to overburden of the funds and the capital program. we want to get our fair share, but not break the system. so in that way also we can be more strategic and ask for the design funding in one year and be able to do intelligent planning and get proper estimates than to ask for the construction funding the fo

that was a press conference for san francisco general hospital. basically someone giving us the same information they gave us earlier. inc. it is important to point out she said she had no information about any deaths there at san francisco general. what she did say earlier at the press conference confirming earlier that san francisco general hospital has received six female and four male patients for a total of ten patients from the asiana incident there are eight adults and two children. the adults range in age from 20s to 40s. all the patients are in critical condition. as we look at the shot on the left that is san francisco general hospital. obviously the shot on the right is that plane that crash landed at san francisco international airport. and at that airport we are awaiting a press conference from city officials and airline officials. it should happen at any moment now. there they are. right there. the reporters are in the room. and as soon as we get more information on that as soon as they approach those microphones we will bring you tha

so as of today, san francisco general hospital has treated 53 patients from the airline accident. that is the most number of patients that any hospital has treated. we had 27 adults and 26 child n children. we currently have 19 patients admitted and 34 have been discharged. of the 19 who are admitted, that includes six critically injured patients including one child. the remaining patients, the other 13, range in condition from serious to fair to good. we talked a little bit yesterday about the types of injuries they sustained. i'll let the doctor reinforce that in a moment. the ages of the adults range from 20 to 76. we have multi-lingual patients, korean speakers, chinese speakers, english speakers, we have staff and interprets who speak all those languages and been able to provide care to those patients in their own language. i think that's the update. was there anything -- other loose ends from justify? >> the child, how old is this child? male or female? >> it's a female minor. i'm not going to release the age. >> can you tell me a breakdown of the -- >> no, i don't have that

wrap around project san francisco general hospital. i want to say that the man that just spoke he's a hero. he's saved lives at san francisco general hospital. when there were two rival gang members that come to the hcht because there is a shooting this man stuck his neck out for the public good to negotiate a diplomatic peace agreement on site within 10 minutes to half an hour and he provides a competency to the hospital that is extremely difficult to provide because he grew up here in the city and he knows the people in the neighborhood. he understands the culture, the streets and he's a public health professional, so we're here today to ask the city and county of san francisco and board of supervisors to support the increase for our budget. we haven't had a increase in four years and we want to thank supervisor john avalos and eric mar and london breed for assisting us and pushing forward our budget ask and we also want to say because of the increase in cost of living that is driving up poverty for a percentage of the city while so

san francisco general hospital, there is a trauma center there. that is where a number of injured were taken. as of 2:00 p.m. local time, hospital there says it has received ten patients total, six females, four males all involved in the airline crash. eight adults, two children, they range from 20-40s and there are two children, as well. all the patients are in critical condition. as we take a look at the videotape. the aftermath of the plane there with the tail missing, gone. you can see the top of the fuselage there completely burned away in a fire that begin after the crash. passengers and crew are taken off of the plane in the aftermath. number taken away with either minor or no injuries at all. in fact there were tweets from passengers who said that everything around here looks fine. unbelievable considering the fact this was a plane that was packed with people just under 300 or so including 16 crew members. you can see the you can see how that inside that intear your of airplane is completely -- interior of the airplane is burned out. >> art
