san jose. san jose police are still gathering evidence. this is where the shooting happened last night. this is a shopping center near quimby road. i was told by one of the brothers of the victim that the man killed last night was charlie lee. he owners of the liquor store. apparently someone walked into the store demanding money and was armed with a gun. at some point during this robbery that person opened fire on lee and killed him. police were called out just before 11 pm last night. according to authorities, they showed up at the liquor store and found the victim. he was pronounced dead on the scene. we just spoke with the victim's brother moments ago. >> i don't know why. how much? $100 or $200? they killed someone in cold blood. >> reporter: homicide detectives are working to identify the shooter in this case. this was believed to have been a robbery where the robber opened fire on the store owner. so far no one has been arrested. this is near quimby and white road in san jose. i was told moments ago in speaking with the brother of the victim, they tell me that he is 57 years old
