one person is recovering after being shot at a parking lot in wal-mart in san leandro. the investigator said this was an attempted robbery the suspect was 20 your old tony roberts. he is being held on attempted robbery and homicide and police are looking for other suspects. >>reporter: standing in this wal-mart parking lot in the back of this red car brown won 3:00 p.m. friday morning. that is what the police say a group of people were doing pledges finished black friday shopping at this wal-mart location. investigator said that the crime is captured on surveillance video because the incident occurred late at night, the video was dark, but the police say it shows the suspect vehicle driving by the victims once and then driving back around blocking their red car in. as many as three suspect get out and demand personal items. and the victims refused, the investigator said a scuffle broke out in this area behind a red car. then one of the suspect pulled out a gun and shot one of the victims that staggered and fell right here. one suspect was detained in the others got away
