even thunderstorms in parts of the area. >> let's get the latest from glenn "hurricane" schwartz. >>iming and the storms are on top of us right at this time of day when it's the hottest and most humid. they hold together. today we may have an advantage with the timing. because it's coming later. but the area is getting it first. lehigh valley and seuburbs especially, that's from 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. we put the first alert out for those areas 24 hours ago. and now there's a severe thunderstorm watch for pretty much that area until midnight tonight. it does not include philadelphia or delaware counties. includes every other county in pennsylvania. and as you can see, the leading edge of the showers are way west of harrisburg. and even though the showers are moving east fast, this first line is weakening. that's in the middle of the night. these areas in the orange are severe thunderstorm warnings. if you take this leading edge, it's moving east. it's still enough to get to reading until after 7:00 tonight. so that's why there isn't much of a threat for a couple hours at least. so the

let's get the latest from glenn "hurricane" schwartz. >> we have just issued a first a alert for those storms as they come in during the day tomorrow for the entire area. it should be sweeping through the entire region. generally starting around 2:00 in the afternoon for areas in the lehigh valley, berks county and not exiting until after 11:00 tomorrow night. and this for tropical type downpours is going to be humid tomorrow. right now, it's warm and humid. not nearly as humid edas tomorr. we're in the mid-80s across much of the area. the temperatures up to 91 in marshaltown. 82348 harmony hills. 88 in ready point. cool in dover. 78 and some rain. fellton at 9. a few of the fair weather clouds coming across the area. there's showers in if delaware. trying to cross delaware bay, but not very impressive. what is impressive is back to the west. and we have one, two, three, four lines of showers and thunderstorms between us and that upper air low near minneapolis. probably more than one hit of showers or storms in the next 24 hours. tonight things are just isolated showers. that's it. not
