sergio quintana was there.: at the moment right now police are still taking statements from some of the residents in this neighborhood who were directly affected as the standoff was in progress. it did dom an end with no injuries and one person was taken into custody. when police moved in they ordered the woman to toss out her weapons. she threw out a rifle and a hatchet. and then moments later a woman wearing what looked like pajama pants was hauled out of the building in custody. she was then taken to a waiting paramedic unit. police tell us that results in the building where the person was holed up, came home to find her there with the hatchet and rifle. the residents quickly got out of the home, and flags down -- flagged down a muni bus and had the driver call 9-1-1. this standoff lasted a few hours so some residents cooperate get into their homes while the operation was in progress, and right now police are still trying to hammer down a few details. at this point they have not yet identified or at least re
