katie out on the skydeck checking the forecast, meisha back from vacation looking for the roads this morning. >> yes, good morning, good to be back with all of you, roadways looking good, little chilly. and looking little wet and damp. so the real question right now how long will that last? >> looks as though once the winds kicks in things should get a lot better very, very quickly. and in fact, things have already gotten an lot better very quickly, just in the fact that this storm is pulling away, as rapidly as it is, when we start things off with quick check on storm scan3, what you will notice, at this point you have to be awfully close to the beaches to find any additional snowflakes falling. they are falling at shore towns, but for the rest of us we're done, if you are walking the the door perhaps in the next few minutes and you don't see anything on the grounds other than damp road that's because a lot of the snow had a chance to melt very, very quickly, once, you know it, actually hit the ground. grounds has been awfully warm. obviously had very warm days recently, that was wo

the heaviest rainfall intensity, do have one of the heaviest pockets clearly right over top of the skydeck right now, so traveling, at all here this morning, folks, you will get naturally slowed down by the wet weather. on shore flow, look at the winds direction, because of the on shore flow you're basically grabbing that moisture, and with the breeze that will blow, raw, chilly, very dreary soggy day. so heaviest and steadiest rain is falling as we speak. i think you can see the rain early any time today. 48 degrees the current temperature at philadelphia international airport. persistent northeast wind flow at 15-mile per hour, in cac, 49 degrees, so stronger wind near the shore towns. but that said, throughout the course of the day, breezy conditions, will last us into tonight. tomorrow we start to warm back up again, lingering shower, then very gradually skies should start to clear out. look ahead to wednesday, though, that will be a much warmer day. so i'll tell you exactly how high the thermometer will spike coming up. meantime pat take it away. i got to get inside where it is dry. >

katie on the skydeck and meisha has her eye on the roads. good morning, ladies? yes, good morning, tgif to everyone, yes, roadways looking wet, damp, started out kind of busy just because after accident. now, it is just wetness, and it is getting busy out there. so katie how long will this last? >> looks like at least through the rest of the typical morning rush, meisha a that's something you will have to deal with at least for the next couple of hours. but this snow is very light. yes, i have the umbrella out here, that's because i have hair spray in my hair. i don't want to get it messed up. meanwhile, dealing with very modest accumulations out of this. we are, however, seeing, you know little over a chiefment going on across sussex county delawarement looking at the system-wide err zoom at the moment you can see we are are completely stuck in the snow side of this storm system. just because there is plenty of cold air available, but the grounds is still relatively warmer by comparison. notice, radar 101 here, darker the shade of purple the heavier snowfall int

now backing it up, looking at win speeds it, wasn't terribly breezy out on the skydeck despite that modest0-mile per hour breeze, still out of the south for most of you, so very warm and very muggy start to the day. that said, because we've got rain moving through, it is going to knock our pollen levels back here, but they spike right back up then looking ahead to the weaken, again so many of us have outdoor plans, have the allergy meds ready to go if you know you suffer from seasonal allergies specially tree pollen. after the showers clear out, skies do the same, 07 degrees the high. still real warm despite the passage of cold front. now tonight, when that cold air finally catches up to us, we drop down to 41 degrees, and yes, under clear sky, temperatures can drop bit more readily but looking at the weaken, not bad. normal highs mid 50's, so few degrees above that even saturday. despite the drop on the thermometer. mid 60s come sunday with sunshine, eventually clouds start to rebuild, but still calling for a dry easter forecast, and then, the next storm system comes along monday, rainy d
