some sioux city elementary students went home with some extra reading yesterday. in an effort to promote reading, all students at huht elementary got a new book. the books were provided by quota international. the books serve all different reading levels from kindergarten to fifth grade. the kids were excited. "it's about ships that sink at the bottom of the water," said branquavius long talking about the titanic. "why are you excited to go home and read up on it?" asked a reporter. "because i like boats and ships and pirate ships," answered long. quota international had to split up the book giveaway last winter and this spring. more donations this year allowed the group to include all grades at once. "do you plan to read it pretty soon?" asked a reporter. christopher reynoso lopez nods his head in agreement. there's some context to this. in october there was, in early october, a series of instances that the turkish got very upset about. they said that russian planes had been violating turkish airspace on numerous occasions. they said, essentially, well, i can read some of the quotes that came out at the time about this. erdogan, the turkish president, said an attack on turkey means an attack on nato. he took this serious seriously. nato got involved and it was said that they would not speculate on the motives behind the violations, but it didn't look like an accident. we've senile several of them. nato said it was extremely danger ashen and unacceptable. the russians admitted that they had done this at the time. they said it was pay mistake that only lasted-- it was a mistake that only lasted for few second at most and was down to bad weather and it wouldn't happen again. so there is a background to what we're seeing right now and that is that the russians have on previous moments, previous times, they have admitted v
