a huge water main break has flooded a community in southeast baltimore county. is called dundalk. you are looking at the pictures. really remarkable. we have been looking at some of the websites this the baltimore area. one station is reporting there's anywhere from two to three feet of water in this area, and that this is at least a six-block radius area of water. >> and you literally see a boat there going down a roadway. this started in a large water main under broening highway. earlier we saw pictures of this roadway literally crumbled. the water gushing underneath and this is the result. enough water someone is using a boat and as the chopper pulls out you can see the extent of the flooding. >> this again is the logan village community. an then we showed you shots earlier. that's the logan village shopping center that is flooded, as well. anita, you talked about that boat. we're reading the swift water rescue team is headed that way. and obviously looks like some of those members are getting there right now? >> there are concerns that some cars are stuck in
