out here across the americas, we have a potent system that is moving over towards southeastern canada's actually pulling a cold front swinging across these areas, such as the eastern coast and the gulf seas, stretching to eastern texas, likely to pull into southeastern parts of canada, too. so, anywhere along that path, we're likely to see some great level of instability. back behind it we have some dry conditions, as you can see here. no precipitation in sight, and the humidity level in the midsection of the u.s. about 10 to 15%, and the gusty conditions will continue with about 70 kilometers per hour, which means that's a great recipe for fire weather, so do watch out for those flammable items. i do want to keep your attention towards california. there's not a lot of rain in sight at all for your monday and into tuesday, unfortunately, and your mid-summer temperatures have been continuing there. but finally, a cooling 10 is on the show. so, first los angeles, you're likely to be down into the 20s, but still, that's above your average. out here across the eastern continental asia, we

changes are coming in, a front moving through southeastern canada, late this evening and overnight, with it a few scattered showers. it will be just cold enough in parts of northern new hampshire so we will likely -- outside of that it should be a scattered rain shower elsewhere, late evening in central parts of the state and in southern areas. overnight temperatures will coast back into the 20's and 30's far northern, 30's for many in the lakes region points south where right now it's in the 40's, all of these temperatures by the way running about a dozen degrees below the average for this time of year. but overnight tonight, not nearly as cold as the last couple of nights. we won't bottom out near or slightly below freezing up north and by morning temperatures creep back up near 33. mid to upper 30's should do it in central and southern new hampshire by early in the morning. here's a lot of spring warmth building to our west and a little piece of this rolls in our direction over the next several days, so as you can clearly see, very chilly air is confined to far eastern parts of canada
