see that earlier and that helps to break it up and temperatures continue to rise on that warm southwesterlyinds. you can see pictures out there and you can make our federal hill and especially that last part. these are three hour time lapses with a lot of clearing in the last few minutes. it is tough to see it on the road here, look at that, that is pretty nice can take you up into hartford county and we have some improvement, but it is slower to clear well north of the city, baltimore carol and out on to cecil carol. you may -- it may take a little longer to clear out. i think we are dry for the resident rest of the night. -- for the rest of the night but there may be some patches of it. less than normal, we are looking in hartford county but there are some improvements in ocean city. winds from the south getting gusty and that's helping to mix things up a little, break up that dense fog, that is good and temperatures are continuing to warm up during the midnight hour. never got out of the mid-40s but it is 100% still in spots. so there is enough moisture, especially those protected areas
