pennsylvania spca has had thousands of cases, convictions, that sort of thing.e needed this law to ramp up to what happens to the people committing this and hopefully stopping next generation from mistreating animals. this dog was mistreated, thinks rodolph available for adoption at pennsylvania spca but he came in as a cruelty case and just rushed five years ago he was fixed up after being found in the basement paralyzed. five years with an adopter turned in in as a stray, look for rodolph. great for adult families like to walk slowly. let me show you some other animals we have got here today and thinks i great catch. thinks four year-old black and white domestic cat, loves to bat around toys. you know how toys love to do that. this is a great cat. we have six year-old female domestic short hair and fiona has beautiful eyes she came to the pennsylvania spca from another shelter. she will get a lot of attention. then we have got jerry, we have our lovely three-year old mix, rescued by our humane law enforcement department that department is so busy, so necessary
