stephanie chuang joining us and what is it like out there right now? >> well, from my vantage point, it looks like a steady pace eastbound into the city. the rain has picked up in the last couple of hours, that's good, but maybe not for the commute. the goods for drivers heading into the city all lanes are back open on the bay bridge from that accident. you can see from the video that crew husband to spend some time cleaning up on eastbound 80 after the big rig crash around 2:20 this morning. it did leave a pretty big mess as crews spent hours cleaning up an oil spill left behind. you can imagine they want to be very careful about the oil spill and anything left behind. they also had to clean up debris. this happened just east of first street in san francisco and had shut down of five lanes for almost four hours this morning, as well as the nearby on ramps. until, again, about 15 minutes ago. good news on top of that is the driver of the big rig is fine. no one else hurt. san francisco fire did report more than 30 people at some point responding to hel
