let's go to meteorologist tammie souza. tammie, it has stopped raining in some areas but far from in the clear. >> outside as we were just showing you cape may, you can see all the rain drops on the lens. the heaviest rain is falling in south jersey and cape may at this point not the heaviest. just kind of a steady rain has moved through there and a little bit of a break right now. you can see out here towards tom's river, that's where we're seeing the heaviest rain. burlington county and down toward atlantic city, you've improved vastly just over the last 15 minutes. in fact, right now the metro area of philly out to bensalem and cherry hill back to haverford, upper darby, all not seeing rainfall. i won't say there's not a drizzle or mist in the air. that is out there but things are much improved. pemberton, woodland, that's where you're seeing a more steady rain. winslow, you're in the clear right now. then we go down to cape may. you're looking at a light rain right now but things are kind of quieting down. we do have a

tammy: this is where donald trump comes in as an individual. there has been a lot of changes and amendments made or offered. then there are effectively the threats. when he said they will have trouble in 2018, he doesn't mean they will just be yelled at. he says he will be active with the people who have been supportive of the bill. when you look at rally, it's unusual to see a rally from the president where he talks about legislation and what's going to happen thursday. that's a unique die naij and that go to the core of the constituency. he will be active in that regard. the freedom cauc h been very consistent in what it is they have been concerned about. they are not going to vote as a block as they indicated. but when you have got 21 vote, they understand there is an arty want a little bit more, and i would expect this to pass thursday. charles: i should note that dave brad said there are potentially 50 votes. 20 conservative and 30 moderate. earlier today president trump said to mark meadows who is in charge of the house freedom caucus. he

first-alert meteorologist tammy suza is breaking down how much snow you'll see in your neighborhood. she'll have that in a moment. let's begin with our chief meteorologist tracking the latest hour by hour. >>> jaqueline, this is just minutes old. the blizzard warning n issued officially for four of the counties.chester, bucks, lehigh, the pocanos, also mercer county in new jersey. now, what constitutes a blizzard ve versus just a big snowstorm in the winds hour. the visibility is a quarter mile or less. and the combination lasts for at least three hours. that's a very hard combination to get in this part of the country. even the blizzard of '96, if you remember that, wtblizzard. we didn't have those technical conditions. they just kind of called it that. nothing on the radar close by, but piece to of moisture back to the west and the gigantic piece down to the south. tremendous amounts of moisture. so it's just about the timing and the precip type. 9:00 to 10:00, the snow starts. 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., in general, the heaviest snow. no travel during that period. tuesday afternoon,

my name is tammi carr. i'm here today to share about my son chad carr and his rare battle of a form of pediatric cancer. it was a day that forever changed my perspective on life and what is truly important. that day we took our 3-year-old son chad for an mri after a fall, an mri we had to fight for and an mri we were told was simply to confirm a possible concussi concussion. they told my son jason and me the mri would take a couple of hours and not to be worried. three and a half hours later, we were worried. when we saw the look in the anesthesiologi anesthesiologist's eyes, we knew we were in trouble. she said something and that something was cancer. as a parent, what's your first reaction when you hear your child as cancer? i can tell you at least hours was not to panic. it was to fight. our questions were how do we fix this, what's the first step? to this day, the answer that we received completely blows my mind. as our adrenaline was pumping and we were ready for battle, we were told, i'm sorry your so

and meteorologist tammie souza has more on how much will be falling. >> glenn, something we were talking about, because it's a wet, heavy snow, we could see some of the tree branches coming down with all the new buds on them. so that is something to be aware of if you have a lot of tree branches that are over your house or over your roofline. this is going to be a heavy snow in some places picking up a foot of that, sticking to the branch that is are there. you might hear the crack of branches coming down toward dawn. all right, it looks like cotton candy. this is the map of the snow totals. again, the high end for the burkes and lehigh area and off into the pocanos, that could be more than 20 inches. it could easily be in some places with thunder snow coming down at two to three inches an hour. that could end up being perhaps as much as two feet or more. then we see this demarcation. it really rapidly drops off. and once you get out to the jersey shore, you're looking at much lower totals. we'll take a look at philadelphia specifically. all pretty much in the blue, which would be 8 to 1
