i think we all owe a debt of gratitude to terry for that.he city council officially recognized and honored his contributions on tuesday. (terry christensen) my biggest legacy is the students i've encouraged to be part of local politics. the people who have served and elected office who are active with non-profit organizations who are active with just their neighborhood group.. with an environmental group or whatever. there are generations of students who are engaged in politics in their community. christensen may be leaving the university but he's not leaving his beloved city. we begin with terry mcsweeney at shoreline park with the latest on the search for the murder weapon. >> reporter: 43-year-old one goh expected in court today this afternoon prosecutors have a mountain of evidence against him. one thing missing is the murder weapon. oakland pd say they've developed information that leads them to believe it was thrown into this body of water between the oracle arena and oakland airport on monday morning. take a look at the effort to find that 45 calibre handgun. these are divers going in last night into the water, looking for the semi-automatic gun used in monday's rampage that killed seven and wounded three. the suspect goh has confessed but for some reason stopped short of telling investigators where he threw that handgun. police have information that it is in here so they called in the robotic sonar scanner from the san francisco police department. they have boats some from the coast guard, some oakland pd equipped with scanners come in yesterday, they searched all day long. then the divers went in at night. investigators don't think the current goi
