that you see all the purple showing up in the north bay to the east bay even along the coastline. the santa cruz mountains and incredible gusts. you see those 3040 miles an hour. if you believe this computer model we could actually see some 50 mile an hour gusts, maybe even in san francisco as we head into our monday. so certainly some scary whether someone got to watch very very closely we're going to see this happen to as high pressure sits out here in the pacific we get this frontal system's a roll over the top of that ridge, all of a sudden high pressure tries to build in behind it and that's when we start to see these periods of gusty winds. it's going to play out. you sometimes see this well into the season, but usually get the rain and then we don't worry about it right we're still looking for some of those raindrops of course and drought conditions continuing severe around most of the bay area see covered in the dark brown there that's all this of area and then the extreme as you get in the red into fairfield napa sonoma county extreme drought conditions exist there. other

westbound 80 to the bay bridge, seven minutes. westbound 84 to the dumbarton bridge about nine minutes. i will look into that crash in oakland and will have an update. marcus? >>> some great news this morning for three more bay area counties now moving to the orange tier of reopening. this means as of today fewer restrictions on businesses, public places and houses of worship. contra costa, san mateo and marin counties have all improved to a moderate rate of the spread of the covid-19 virus. retail stores, indoor malls, libraries and offices can now we open at full capacity. and one restaurant owner in san rafael is really hoping with a boost in capacity to 50% business is about to get better. >> we're staring down the barrel of winter right now. in four or five weeks it will get cold and dark next week earlier. so a lot of people want to sit inside. >> alameda, napa and santa clara were already out of the red and into the orange tier. >>> in san francisco several high schools just got the okay to bring students back to the classro
