the bikes on the station along embarcadero are the most popular. behind cal trans, the station and the roundhouse plaza station are among the top 10 stations. the harry brinls -- bridges plaza and the embarcadero route and this connects the ferry building regional transit providers with the employers in the northern water front and with our special events in the northern water front such as america's cup and other water front destinations. this august the bikes are sponsors and bike share requested another 12 -month fee waiver for the extension of the program using the 2013 waiver criteria as a guide, the staff reviewed the program financial statement for the month and denld the program is not generating a profit. the program is generating revenue but at this time this revenue is # 5 percent of the program expenses so it doesn't meet it or exceed it. at this time it was determined there are no complaints about the program and based on that, the program is benefitting water front visitors and thus the public trust. outside of staff time of evaluatin

when a redevelopment plan expires much like the western addition or embarcadero, this is the document what controls the land use on that site. that it's reverted back to the underlining zoning when it expires. >> so your per expects -- perspective it was 40 feet. >> it wasn't an elimination. redevelopment plans have an expiration date for 30 or 40 years. this plan expired in 2009. >> okay. that's a really interesting point. so in other words we should be careful and look at all redevelopment plans to ensure that we are not having any inadvertent zoning. >> there are a number of plans that have expired recently because the plans were put in place in the 70s. the western addition, yerba buena, embarcadero, there are several that have expired. >> it might be helpful. in fact i would like to ask if you can give our office a summary of those plans and what accidental up zoning we might see with the expiration of those plans. so given what has happened is it your department's perspective that the height limit is 275 or should it be 84 or 40? >> i think, it seems to me that golden gate commo

it is northerly, along the embarcadero, that is northerly. some areas, no breeze at all. hers have a pretty good breeze, there is a northwest breeze along the coast, northerly and you can see how everything is, that is very dry air spilling in and when we get this kind of a pattern a we will go from the coast to the bay, low-to-mid 80s as you head out to the inland areas and a lot of this is win dependant. it can be as warm as it is in oakland. 48 in novato, half-moon bay has gone from 48 to 55 and the breeze has picked up and some locations are warm. gilroy 51 yet above los gatos it is 60 degrees and it is cool to 54. there is not a lot of a breeze but there is a component of it, north but south, northeast at oakland, northwest at novato trying to turn again 41 in tahoe and that will drop in extremely cool temperatures for the middle of the country and not for us. no worries for rain, we have clear skies on the beach and we are hating up and here is the first day, the warming will continue and we get more of a high pressure and northeast wind and it looks like it wants to
