in the south bay we have a solo car crash. the vehicle hit the center divide and flipped over to its side. two lanes are now blocked northbound 280 near 7th street. emergency crews are on the scene. and as you can see, our sensors are dipping just below the limit there but not looking too bad in some areas about 46 miles per hour. on southbound 280 in daly city, we have another rollover crash. it's not affecting the main lines of the freeway but one lane is blocked on that west borrow boulevard off-ramp. and in sausalito, we are getting first reports of a solo spinout. it is blocking one lane right now and so far, your drive down to the golden gate bridge is not affected. it looks like on 101 from 580 to the golden gate bridge it's going to take you about 11 minutes. >>> it is already raining in parts of the bay area. but we are preparing for an even bigger storm tomorrow and tonight that system will pack a quadruple punch. we are already seeing the effects of rain, wind, snow and surf. in marin rain triggered a small rockslide
