the good news. mostly light rain in portions of west virginia. the heaviest rain in west virginia we're going to continue to see that out to the west. in the east we are looking at good rain in charles county and st. mary's. all of that rain is making its way up to the north. you can see light rain in much of the rest of the region. but when we widen out that is it. here is the last band of rain coming up. after this we are all clear from our area all the way down to atlanta, georgia where they are in the 40s after a high of only 52 in atlanta. you know we have cooler air moving our way. we reached 70 degrees today. that was two hours ago. the temperatures have been rising. the rainfall nearly a half inch of rain so far. 69 degrees is the current temperature right now. a dew point of 67. the winds are starting to pick up and have shifted directions. so we may stay on the mild side throughout part of the evening. to the west, 55 in cumberland but to the east, 72 in baltimore. the warmest temperatures we have seen all day. but notice what is happeni
