the body of tracy tetso was never found. but that is not stopping baltimore county prosecutors from putting her husband on trial for murder. mike hellgren has details from inside the courtroom. mike? >> reporter: wjz has new video of tracy tetso, as well as some of the messages left on her phone, after she disappeared. now, today in court, we learned she was involved in a love triangle in court. but with that motive behind her murder? >> newly released surveillance video from a walgreens in rosedale shows the last-known images of tracy tetso alive. recorded phone calls played in court, he confronted her after learning she was cheating with a coworker. she told him she wanted to end their marriage. she was supposed to meet that lover the night she disappeared while on the way to a motley crue concert, march 5th, 2005. these are the voice mails the lover left on her cell phone. >> i love you so much. so much. i'd do anything in the world for you. anything. >> sunday, 6:37 p.m. >> girl, you've got me like seriously, seriously w

the detective first interviewed dennis tetso three days after tracy's disappearance. he testified that he told him he was home the day tracy went missing, watching his truck. he said dennis told him that tracy had returned home from the store or around 2:00 in the afternoon on march 6, went into the home, and then he never saw her again. he then sat around six of 30 that evening he went inside the house to take a shower, and when he was done, he noticed that a tv in the living room was off that had been on, and her friend sam was gone. the detective tech into -- phoned into tetso's records. he went back and ask dennis and he said he had forgotten he had run an errand that day at cycle world in anne arundel county. after interviewing a good friend who worked at cycle world, the detective found that his friends that he was actually at dennis's presidents' day tracy went missing, something that dennis also forgot to tell him. earlier in the day, next door neighbors testified they saw dennis days after tracy's disappearance ripping down fliers that friends and loved ones

dennis admitted he had that friend follow tracy. she complained her husband was stalking her. >> i don't have peace of mind. now he's hounding people here. >> reporter: dennis said tracy came home watched tv. he never talked to her and she left the house when he went inside to take a shower, never returned. >> don't ask like you're a saint because you're not. >> you know what? you're not a saint. >> never said i was. >> reporter: the disefs will cross exam the lead investigator when the trial resumes tomorrow morning. reporting at the circuit court in towson. >> thank you. this is one of a handful of murder cases ever tried in maryland where the body has not been recovered. >>> tonight maryland is reporting its first flu case of the season and it is a strain of the h1n1 virus. jessica kartalija is live with the wjz health report. jessica? >> reporter: everyone is urged to get the flu shot or the flu mist this year even if you're totally healthier. this year it's easier than ever. baltimore city health officials get their flu shot as
