thunderstorms in the sierra. 40,000-foot cloud tops, you get some great updraft, bringing some hail near truckee and yosemite. that moisture will continue to be over the sierra. but this is the moisture we're watching right now, coming up the central coast, these are the mid level high clouds you're starting to see coming into the bay area right now. and the reason why, later on tonight, there is a slight chance we could see some isolated showers or even an isolated thunder shoumplts for tomorrow morning, we'll see those temperatures warming up fairly quickly inland. a hit and miss isolated shower towards the afternoon. so the highs look a lot like we saw today, nice and comfortable for your outdoor plans, but later tonight and tomorrow morning, that's where things get a little interesting. we'll high light the areas we think have the best bet for being those isolated showers or thunder showers coming up in our forecast. >>> in just two weeks a bay area bridge will be closed for repairs. a live look at the dunbarton bridge will be closed for three days, that's so that crews can replace the expan
