ukiah, 289 degrees. you can see the -- 29 degrees. you can see the high clouds washing away.e patchy fog, thick for a while. it's cold out there. there's no breeze. highs today, upper 50s, low 60s and a few mid-60s. we've had quite a nightmare in the vacaville area. if we take a live look at newschopper2. we can see that the -- they are starting to clear this incident right now. this was a pickup truck that had a trailer on it and it caught fire. and you can see all of the burn marks there on the roadway as well as on the center divider. there's damage there. this happened in the eastbound lanes of 80, interstate 80 and you can see it's very slow going and there are still two lanes blocked right at that section. but for the most part, all of the eastbound lanes are open and you can see the westbound lanes are now open. those had been closed down completely earlier this morning. we a big sig-alert issued. still some delays here. but it looks like the traffic is bunching up near the accident. that's some good news for folks near the air base parkway. that's where the earlier ac
